When a user has submitted a form, the values that have been entered will be interpreted into the database according to the configurations that have been set. For example, the form may ask for Street Address, but your database may store that information as Address Line 1.
Enter the designated default codes for each text box.
Fill in the Default Division Code and Default Source Code if you would like this data defined as defaults. You also have the option of allowing the user to choose the associated division.
Fill in the default code for any address that appears on the form.
When you are finished with this step, select the "Yes" radio button for Setup Complete. If you select "No," this option will not show as complete.
Click Save to save your questions and return to the Form Setup Checklist.
