Calling All Holiday Enthusiasts!

As winter begins and we approach the holiday season, I ask you to consider a few questions:

Who do we love most at Edgewood College?

                The students, of course!

What do we love about the Holidays?

The camaraderie and the sweet treats!

What is the most festive way to combine our favorite things with the start of the Holiday season?

                By decorating trees and cookies!

Of course, our love of Edgewood College and the holidays runs much deeper, but December 3 is a unique time for staff to collaborate with students in decorating the live tree in the Predolin Lobby with OSII and Dominican Life.  Take the cup of hot cocoa you are enjoying by the tree up to the Wingra Commons, where you can join Staff Association to decorate cookies to take home or gift to our students.

What do we need to make this opportunity successful?

Your baking skills!  Freshly baked homemade sugar cookies will help give our students the little sugar-kick they need to finish their semester projects, papers, and presentations.  Staff Association is asking for volunteers to bake a dozen (or more!) sugar cookies to share with students and other staff.

For more details or to RSVP with a dozen cookies, frosting, or sprinkles to decorate with our students on December 3, 4-6pm, please email Sarah Kreger.
