STAFF AND FACULTY:

This Spring we temporarily suspended all College sponsored international and domestic airline travel. As well we requested that conference registrations that require airline travel be suspended.

This communication is a reminder that the temporary moratorium on airline travel and registrations for conferences that require airline travel remains in effect.

If a faculty or staff member believes there is a compelling reason to book future international or domestic travel, they should consult with their respective Vice President to request an exception. If an exception is authorized, the individual should contact Cheryl Kendrick in the Business Office prior to purchasing any airline tickets.

The decision to continue the temporary moratorium on airline travel is made in the interest of the health and safety of our community. Further, it is made taking into account the financial implications inevitable changes that may result from the dynamic nature of COVID-19.
