A campus space is set aside for you daily to give your mind a break. Silent co-meditations are unguided periods when you can meditate or do mindfulness in the company of others. Just come, sit, and take a mental break. The chapel has been reserved Mondays through Thursdays 10:00 to 10:30 a.m.; come at any time in there. Through August 9 – except on Wed. July 17. Students, faculty and staff are welcome.
