Edgewood College’s Rebecca Zambrano continues to write and send once-a-week emails that describe a simple contemplative practice or reflection that help us nourish mindfulness, counter stress and bring deeper awareness of self and others.
The missives are in tune with the pandemic we are experiencing right now, and will be sent weekly through the semester. They’re really quite good, and might help you take good care of yourself.
