Details:
Sunday July 3rd, we will be performing upgrades to our authentication system. Every effort is made to minimize downtime. This will cause interruption to multiple services including: Microsoft365, Email Access, Express, J1 Web, Blackboard, Webex, ShowtimeAnytime, Netpartner, OCLC, Hirezon, Handshake, Presence, Digarc, Sysaid, and Jamf. During this upgrade, authentication to these services will be unavailable.
Remember that ITSO will NEVER ask you to email your username, password, or any other personal identifying information. Disregard any email that requests such information, whether it is from Edgewood College or any other organization.
