Basket Raffle

Who is encouraged to participate?

  All Members of the Edgewood College Community. Participation in the fundraiser is voluntary.

 

 

What is involved?

  Each team or individual choosing to participate may create a basket or baskets comprised of items donated by Edgewood participants/teams.

 

 

 Raffle Guidelines

Value of basket(s) should be limited to a range of $100 to $150. Feel free to create more than one basket if your donations are too plentiful. More baskets within the established cost range will allow more to participate!
Please no alcoholic beverages. This will allow students under 21 to participate in the fun!
Use of College funds is prohibited to support your participation.
If reaching out to organizations or businesses for donations, please contact the Advancement Office at extension 2377 to coordinate your efforts prior to contacting the establishments.
 

 

How will the raffle work?

Raffle tickets will be sold in the following quantities. The winning tickets will be drawn at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

 

1 Ticket for $1.00

6 Tickets for $5.00

Baker’s Dozen (13) Tickets for $10.00

 

 

When will all this exciting activity happen?

October 6 - Deliver team basket(s) to Human Resources

October 10 & 11 from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Baskets on display in Deming 148 and raffle tickets for sale at Deming front desk.

October 12 & 13 – Preview of baskets in Campus Assistance Center

October 16 - 18 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Baskets on display and raffle tickets for sale at Wingra Cafe.

October 18 at 1:30 p.m. - Drawing will take place in Wingra Cafe.
