The Business Office and Human Resources departments are excited to announce the availability of your 2017 1095-C (Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage) and W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) forms electronically.
Starting today you may consent to receive your 1095-C and/or W-2 statement electronically. The instruction document is located on the Business Office SharePoint site under the Business Office Information section and is titled Electronic Consent Instructions or click here Electronic Consent Instructions. Consent will be open for the 2017 forms until on or about Friday, January 12th. If you sign up later than Friday, January 12th, you may still receive a paper 1095-C and/or W-2 form for 2017 and your consent will be valid for future years.
When your 2017 1095-C and/or W-2 forms are available you will be notified via email at your Edgewood.edu email address and Edgewood Express posting. Access instructions will be provided at that time.
