When emailing from your site in Blackboard, your Edgewood email address will appear as the display name while the emails will be delivered from DoNotReply@blackboard.com.

Unfortunately, this is deceptive as users may reply to the message.

When a user responds to the email, the replies will go to your Edgewood email – not the DoNotReply@blackboard.com email. This is Blackboard's intended behavior.
Please make your students aware of this issue so they will reply to you, if needed.
