Systems Affected: Teams/Skype for Business

Over the next several months, we will be performing upgrades and enhancements to our telephone and chat/IM systems. These upgrades will integrate our phone and chat systems in to Microsoft Teams, making it a one-stop-shop collaboration tool. While this migration and integration is happening, some features such as IM/chat in Microsoft Teams will temporarily be unavailable. During this time you can continue the Skype for Business client for IM/Chat.
Remember that ITSO will NEVER ask you to email your username, password, or any other personal identifying information. Disregard any email that requests such information, whether it is from Edgewood College or any other organization.
