The Berbee Foundation is a wonderful funder of the Office of Science Outreach programs. They have their annual fundraiser, the Berbee Derby, coming up on Thanksgiving Day and they are looking for more volunteers. I can say from personal experience that it is a really fun event to volunteer at, and a great way to start your Thanksgiving Day. Thank you for considering!
I'm reaching out to let you know that the volunteer website is open and we are in need of many volunteers to help support our race on Thanksgiving Day. The race relies on our volunteers to ensure that our participants have the very best experience—our volunteers are all ROCK STARS and our participants are the fuel behind all of the funds raised on this one day of the year!
