Dates of LAST Student Fitness Classes for Spring 2018

Thank you to all who participated in fitness classes this spring! We hope you enjoyed Having Fun While Getting Fit! Following are the dates of the last classes. Fitness classes, sponsored by Health Services and the Wellness Center, will be offered again fall semester 2018.

  • Barre Workout:  Monday 5/7
  • Kickboxing/Boot Camp:  Monday 5/14
  • Candlelight Yoga:  Monday 5/14
  • Zumba:  Tuesday 5/8
  • Yoga for All Skill Levels:  Wednesday 5/16
  • Zumba:  Thursday 5/10
  • Strength & Conditioning:  Sunday 5/6
