The Edgewood College PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) would like to invite you to an informational session and kickoff meeting for our student organization. PRSSA is a pre-professional student org open to all undergraduates, no matter the major! Comprised mainly of communication, business, and international relations majors – we work on broadening your network and enhancing your professional skills related to the public relations field.
PRSSA membership gives you access to PRSA Madison’s monthly luncheons, scholarship opportunities, and national conference travel each year. We meet almost every week with activities like resume/LinkedIn workshops and guest speakers in the PR/Advertising/Marketing fields, along with social and volunteer opportunities.
We will be having two informational sessions about our student org next week, where you can come learn more about what we do and how you can be involved in our chapter!
These will be next Tuesday Feb. 5th at 11:30am and next Wednesday Feb. 6th at 3:30 pm in the Library Conference Room. Each should last about 30 mins. To access the room, enter through the side doors of the library and it is on the side opposite the classrooms. They will be covering the same content so no need to come to both if interested.
