We are offering several opportunities for you to learn and practice using Blackboard, which is the college learning management system (LMS). All of these opportunities are available to you virtually in our online meeting rooms in WebEx. The links to each session are provided for you along with times and dates below.
Please note that if you wish to attend an orientation but cannot make the two times they are offered below, please email RZambrano@edgewood.edu. I will send you instructions for how to get a video recording of the webinar.
Blackboard Basics Orientation Webinars for New Faculty
These webinars will introduce you to the basics of Blackboard, demonstrate how to use some common features of Blackboard, and provide you with resources you can use to support your ongoing learning about the pedagogical uses of Blackboard tools for online collaboration and active learning.

Blackboard Support Drop-in Virtual Office Hours for New Faculty

We'll be there to answer your questions about how to use Blackboard, student-tested advice about course design, and any other thought partnering questions you may have about how to motivate students in an online environment.
