Group Counseling for Students

Have students been coming to you to disclose mental health concerns? Personal Counseling Services continues to offer a range of resources to support students who are struggling. Your referral can make a significant impact!

This semester, Personal Counseling Services is offering two "Understanding Self & Others" therapy groups. These are weekly groups in which students discuss a variety of concerns including but not limited to family or other relationship issues, feelings of loneliness or isolation, or symptoms of depression or anxiety. Group therapy appointments are free, confidential, and unlimited.

Group 1 will take place on Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 starting February 28th.

Group 2 will take place on Fridays from 10:00-11:00 starting March 1st.
