Yoga for faculty and staff continues this semester with more offerings. The 60-minute flow-style session is held many Tuesdays at noon and Wednesdays at 5 pm in Regina East, and many Thursdays at noon at Deming Way.
For yoga beginners to veterans, each session is open to all. These yoga sessions have been endorsed as Tastes of Contemplation.*
The yoga focuses on proper alignment, breath connection and mindfulness. Foundational poses are combined with regulated breath and performed in an accessible manner. This will help reduce stress, increase energy, and stretch and strengthen the muscles.
