Contemplative Campus is exploring the Wheel of Health this year. The December activity for the Movement, Exercise and Rest spoke is an opportunity to try t’ai chi.
An Introduction to T’ai Chi will be led by our very own Steve Gilchrist, who is a certified t’ai chi instructor. Whether you’ve tried t’ai chi or not, you are welcome to experience this Chinese system of movements that serve to gently stretch our muscles, tendons and fascia, and promote moving meditation.
