Mental breaks: meditations, unguided with others

Need a mental break?  Silent, unguided meditations in the company of others are open to anyone here on campus.  Mondays through Thursdays, 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. in the chapel. 

A meditator “holds the space” for anyone who wants to join anytime in the 30-minute window.  No program; just come, sit, and give your mind a break.   The benefits of meditation are often enhanced in a group setting. 

Inexperienced meditators are particularly welcome. 

The co-meditations continue throughout the Fall term -- except during breaks.
