Dr. Jim Goll is Professor of Chemistry and Chair of the Chemistry, Geoscience and Physics Department of Edgewood College. Jim has been at the College for 16 years, and also serves as NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative, a role he has taken on for the past 10 years.

“I saw the opportunity at Edgewood College to build on and grow the existing academic program and utilize experience I obtained in previous academic positions. I’ve also enjoyed the chance to be involved in athletics and watch students succeed and grow both in and out of the classroom.”

Taking his commitment to students a step further, Dr. Goll supports the College financially with gifts to the Goll Scholarship – awarded annually to a chemistry major – and to the Athletics Department.

“I give to the College because I get to see the students who benefit from philanthropy every day. Gifts to athletics help support the growth of student athletes, but also help with admissions and benefit the strength of the college. I see my gifts as an investment in our students and in the future of the college.”
