Stressed?  Try iRest Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nigra-trained facilitator and staff member Rebecca Zambrano will lead a timely session of iRest Yoga Nidra.  It’s open to students, faculty and staff.  

Wednesday, March 27 from 3:00 – 3:55 pm in Nona – Predolin 302.

YN is pure meditation with no yoga postures, so wear comfortable and warm clothing.
