This week Human Resources kicked off the Wear Your Nametag event, which will run through Friday, September 7.   If you do not have a nametag or have misplaced yours, please contact your Budget Officer or Office Coordinator about placing an order with Sherley Thao by Friday, August 17. The cost is $9.00/nametag.

We will need the following information:

1. Name
2. Color of Nametag (Silver or Gold)
3. Account Number to charge the purchase
