Update: Enrollment Management

Interest in Edgewood College from prospective students for Fall 2020 continues to be strong. We are still 50% ahead on inquiries, 10% ahead on applications, and 2% ahead on admits compared to last year at this time. Edgewood College TV Commercials will begin airing today on cable and network television through much of Wisconsin and some parts of eastern Minnesota. Digital ads will be placed throughout WI, MN, IA, and IL.

 

We will continue aggressive outreach to all of our prospective students as well as continue to grow the applicant pool and help our incomplete applicants complete the process. Although large group campus visits slow down during the holidays, we will be ramping up our email, text, and phone efforts to help move students through the enrollment funnel.

 

Our primary market has always been southern Wisconsin, and we will continue to recruit southern Wisconsin hard while we also claim market share in northern Illinois, eastern Minnesota, and Iowa. UW-Madison recently announced that they intend to increase their Wisconsin student population for the Fall of 2020. Therefore, we will continue to need the help and support from the entire campus community to maintain our market share of Wisconsin. All information we share about campus in our social circles is marketing– so let's all be good ambassadors of the campus! Positive marketing will have positive results.
