Providing a retirement savings plan is an important piece in our Benefits Program; providing one that helps you best prepare for your retirement years, is a responsibility. As the College continues to evaluate its annual operating goal, “Provide Cabinet with Recommendation for Employee Matching Requirement to 403(b) Retirement Plan”, we invite you to attend one of several meetings offered in-person next week (October 4th – October 7th). At each meeting, we will provide an update of the following:
- Overview of the annual operating goal
- Feedback on research regarding concerns expressed by community members
- Next steps in the process
Faculty and Staff are invited to attend one of the following in-person meetings:
- Monday, October 4th from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM at Washburn
- Tuesday, October 5th from 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM at Washburn
- Thursday, October 7th from 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM at Washburn
