Spotlight on Faculty & Staff Giving: Mary Klink

Mary Klink serves Edgewood College as Director of Spiritual Life and has been at the College for twelve years.

“I came to Edgewood College because of the Dominican expression of our mission, the commitment to our values, and because I love working with young adults. The relationships I’ve made with colleagues, students, and alumni all contribute to the sense of community I feel here. Watching the transformation that happens in students during their time here – that’s why I get up in the morning.”

In addition to sharing her talents as an employee, Mary also supports the College financially with gifts to the Edgewood College Fund and East Regina Residence Hall.

Another area Mary supports is The Saint John’s Bible project. Thanks to benefactors like her, the College community can engage with the hand-written and hand-illuminated reproduction of the Bible, originally commissioned by the Benedictine monks of St. John’s Abbey in Collegeville, Minnesota.

“It’s a beautiful reflection of our Catholic identity, and I’m happy to be a part of sharing its Good Word with our community.”
