Providing a retirement savings plan is an important piece in our Benefits Program; providing one that helps you best prepare for your retirement years, is a responsibility. As the College evaluates how to transition to a ‘matching’ contribution, we invite you to attend one of several virtual meetings offered over the next two weeks. At each meeting, our retirement plan consultants, M3 Financial, will assist several members of the Leadership Team and the Benefits Review Task Force in:

• Sharing information – what’s a ‘matching’ contribution, how it works, and why it’s an important addition to a retirement savings plan
• Answering your questions
• Garnering your input as the College looks to move in this direction
