The Presidential Search process has kicked off!

Last week, the search for new President of Edgewood College commenced. The Presidential Search Committee had their formal kick off meeting with the search firm team from Storbeck Pimental & Associates (link the bios of the 4 SP team members). In addition to the e-survey that was administered in October, the search team last week completed 21 listening sessions with students, faculty and staff. In addition, 31 alumni and donors were contacted for input. The information gathered is being used to create the profile that will be used for the search process. Thank you to all that have participated!

The Presidential Search Committee and the Board of Trustees will be finalizing the profile this week. Once the profile is approved, the team from Storbeck Pimental will begin the candidate recruitment process. While the search firm team is recruiting, the Edgewood College Presidential Search Committee members will be working on how to “Bring It” to the interview process that will begin in the first quarter of 2020.
