Sign up for your department to participate in the Summer Social Open House!
As you may be aware, Edgewood College offers our incoming students an engagement opportunity each summer in July called Summer Social. This event allows new students to come to campus, engage with others and see a bit of the place that will soon become their home away from home.
This year, the experience of coming to campus and interacting with others will be more important than ever. Registration for new students was moved online, so the Eagle Enrollment day experience was/will be virtual. Because of this, we are broadening our summer social dates to engage even more incoming students in an event on campus while also allowing for any needed social distancing at these events.
It is VITAL that we have a welcoming campus and offices during these events. If your office or department is looking for a chance to interact with incoming students and assist with Fall enrollment and transition, please sign up to have your space open during Summer Social’s Open House. This event will occur from 12:00-2pm on summer social dates (see below)! This format will be somewhat similar to the marketplace in the past, but it will occur in offices across campus and we will provide students with maps and reasons why to visit each stop.
