Please attend one of this afternoon's (Thursday, 1/17) sessions on diversity, facilitated by two local experts on the topic of inclusion!

1:00-4p, Regina Chapel/WHR, Phoenix from the Fire: A rich tapestry of interwoven stories of people and events, of joys and sorrows, and cycles of growth and decline… Our story continues. Through a series of structured activities and a facilitated conversation led by Dr. Jeffrey Lewis, the aim of the work is to build upon our community assets and make visible our shared commitment to our collective work.

2-4p, Regina East 8A/B, Exploring the Impact of Unconscious Bias in the Search Process, led by Dr. Brian Gittens. This session will explore how unconscious bias influences the search and screen process when recruiting for new faculty and staff. This is a required training for any faculty or staff member that will be leading a search in 2019.
