Hello!
I hope your week is off to a great start. As you all know, we are a couple weeks away from family weekend. We are changing it up this year and Fall Fest is going to be the Eagle Family Games and Craft Fair in Wingra Commons and (weather permitting) on Wingra Terrace.
We are looking for student leaders and departments to host game or craft tables. We are providing the games and crafting supplies!
Bring your energy and enthusiasm to make this a fun event for students and families.
This event is set to take place on Saturday, October 13th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We will have different kinds of board games, a video game station, general craft stations and a slime making station. I’m attaching a list of the board games that we have as well as some crafting ides that we already have supplies for. You can also sign up and come up with your own crafting idea (supplies lists do need to be sent if you need us to buy anything)
Snacks will also be available. All we would need from you would be to be present and engage with families and other students who express interest in the game/station. You would be in charge of running the craft or game table and so volunteers would need to familiarize themselves with directions or game rules ahead of time.
