We have a new safety app we’ve launched this year. If you have not already added 911 Shield to your phone, please take a moment and do that now.

We use the 911 Shield System to send you Eagle Alerts via text message and email - you received that on Thursday, Sept. 21.

Benefits of the 911 Shield App include the ability to track the location of the Edgewood College Safe Ride shuttle and AMC Theater shuttle, gives each of you the opportunity to enhance your own personal safety using ‘Friend Watch’ (optional), and in the unlikely event that you need to call Security or 911, it gives responders the ability to reach you more quickly.
