Taste of Contemplation: Silent Co-meditations offered four times a week

All students, faculty and staff are welcome to join in silent, not guided, co-meditations every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. in the chapel in Regina Hall.

A trio of faculty members will be “holding the space” for anyone who wants to join them in silent meditation during this 30 minute period throughout the Fall term.  The sessions will not be guided, but will be a shared time in a silent meditative experience.

Entering the chapel in Regina, proceed to the back left corner, where you'll find Julie Whitaker, Sr.Isabel Raferty and/or Brenda del Moral sitting quietly on brown wooden chairs with serene faces and welcoming vibes.

All are welcome to join at any time, whether experienced or not in meditation, for all or part of the time.

Taste of Contemplation is an initiative of the Edgewood College Contemplative Campus Group − intended to highlight and foster contemplative practices around campus.
