We continue our support of both the United Way of Dane County and Community Shares of Wisconsin through several efforts.  The first provides employees the opportunity to contribute directly or through regular payroll deductions to one or both of these organizations.  The second raises money for each organization, but through an Online Silent Auction. 

This year’s Silent Auction features 17 baskets, created and donated by EC departments and employees. You’ll want to visit the United Way/Community Shares SharePoint site where you can see the baskets, their contents, and submit bids.  Highest bids will likely be changing often – this means if a basket is ‘meant to be yours,’ you should check in often to ensure you continue as the highest bidder.  Bidding closes at 3 PM on Friday, November 9!
