All faculty, staff and students are welcome to join in silent co-meditations between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Co-meditations are silent, unguided meditations in the company of others. Many believe that the benefits of meditation are enhanced in a group setting. A faculty-meditator “holds the space” for anyone who wants to join anytime in that 30-minute window. No program; just come, sit, and give your mind a break.
The co-meditations continue throughout the Fall term, and they are Tastes of Contemplation*.
Locations: DeRicci 209C through Sept. 13; after that, St. Joseph Chapel.
Inexperienced meditators are particularly welcome.
