iRest Yoga Nidra for stress relief

Students, faculty and staff are welcome to try iRest Yoga Nidra on Wednesday, March 27 from 3:00 – 3:55 pm in Predolin 302 - Nona.

iRest Yoga Nidra is based on ancient yogic meditation practices. iRest can be practiced by anyone, whether you are a lifelong meditator or if you have never tried meditation before.
iRest can also help us discover and nourish an underlying sense of peace and stillness that is always present within us.

YN-trained facilitator Rebecca Zambrano will lead the session - in person.  Yoga Nidra is pure meditation with no yoga postures, so wear comfortable and warm clothing.
