This month’s Contemplative Campus “Wheel of Health” activity is t’ai chi. Come join Steve Gilchrist this Wednesday as he leads us through some basic movements of t’ai chi. Doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried t’ai chi before, Steve will demo this Chinese system of movements that serve to gently stretch our muscles, tendons and fascia, and promote moving meditation.
Wed. Dec. 12, 3:00 – 3:50 pm PRD 302 – Nona
The Contemplative Campus Group is holding well-being activities based on Duke University’s Wheel of Health and its seven spokes – a different spoke each month. The activities are open to all faculty and staff.
