Details:
During this Sunday's regular maintenance window, we will be performing extensive maintenance on our campus phone infrastructure. During periods of this upgrade the campus phones will be offline and/or unavailable. Every effort will be made to minimize downtime. Cell phones will not be affected by this outage. People calling in to campus may receive a busy signal or service unavailable message.
Remember that ITSO will NEVER ask you to email your username, password, or any other personal identifying information. Disregard any email that requests such information, whether it is from Edgewood College or any other organization.
