Dear Students,

 I’d like to take a few moments to share some upcoming projects with you.   Many of the projects will begin on December 19^th, so there are no concerns with any disruptions to final exams. 

•  The Dean of Students office will have some small remodel work done to create an additional office area.  We anticipate this project completion in mid-January, with some upgrades to the reception area occurring later in February. 
• DeRicci 2^nd floor wall material will be replaced with drywall and receive a fresh coat of paint.  We are also looking at some options for signage to improve wayfinding in this area, as well as update the look of this very high traffic hallway.  Offices will be accessible for the most part, but please keep in mind that it is a construction zone and use this area with caution if you need to.  This project will also begin on December 19^th with a mid-January completion date.
• The Admissions office will have flooring replaced as well as upgrades to the reception area beginning on December 19^th- 21^st.
• The Marketing and Communications office will receive a furniture remodel to better accommodate their staff also on December 19^th-21^st.
• As we continue the transition to virtual mail for faculty, staff and students, the Veteran’s Services office will begin to use available space adjacent to their current office.   
• Regina East bathrooms will have flooring repairs beginning on December 19^th and completed by early January.
• Carpet replacements in various areas on campus will be taking place December 19^th through early January.

 We are also in the early stages of our space study, with Credo Higher Ed.  Two representatives will be on campus December 15^th and 16^th to become more familiar with campus.  They will be touring all buildings during these dates and visiting residence halls on the 15^th from 1-3 PM.  Credo will be back in January to begin conversations with our campus community, so please stay tuned for more information in early January.
