Cor ad Cor from Dominican Life

John Carr, who served for more than 20 years as Director of the Department of Justice, Peace and Human Development for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, wrote in America magazine last week:
"Our faith gives us hope in the midst of fear, calls us to protect human life and dignity, to practice solidarity and accept responsibility, to care for the weak and vulnerable, to lift up workers, and to pursue the common good.  In the words of Pope Francis, "Let us respond to the pandemic of the virus with the universality of prayer, of compassion and of tenderness. Let's remain united."
