Updates from the Technology Assistance Center

A few quick reminders from the Technology Assistance Center as we prepare for more of the campus to reopen.
We have transitioned to summer hours which are Monday - Thursday 7am-6pm and Friday 7am-2pm.
Checkout Equipment:
Due to limited supplies we ask that anyone that checked equipment out that is no longer using this equipment please return these items to the Technology Assistance Center as soon as you are able. Anyone returning equipment we ask that you help us keep our environment clean by wiping down equipment to limit exposure. Please remember that any screens should not use any wipes that contain alcohol as it may damage the screen. If you still need the equipment we have extended the checkout so the warnings saying an item is overdue will no longer be sent.
Social distancing:
While getting support in the Technology Assistance Center we request that only one customer at a time enter to maintain a 6 foot distance from other customers and our employees. Per the president’s update last week we ask that all customers wear a mask or acceptable face covering while working with our employees. We also encourage you to contact us via phone and use our remote support options available whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!
