Three awesome facts about Signup this year:
1. No deposit is required! It's pretty hard to find a landlord who won't require first month's rent - just saying. 

2. You do not have to fill an apartment to sign up for one this year. However, if you, the apartment gets an Echo Dot! Alexa, play some music for our apartment house-warming.
